While visiting Bangkok in summer 2016 we thought it essential to visit Gaggan, the two-time best restaurant in Asia. We were not disappointed.
Featured on Netflix Chef’s Table series (S2, Ep. 6), chef Gaggan Anand creates what he calls “progressive Indian cuisine”, the result being 20-odd courses of absolute heaven.
